The Repairman is a full-service handyman and home repair company. Do you handle both residential and commercial work?

Yes. We work with homeowners as well as business owners, landlords and property managers on commercial and business repairs, from single fixes to ongoing building maintenance.

Do you take on small jobs, or only large projects?

Both. No job is too big or too small. We specialize in small updates just as much as large remodels and whole-house renovations, so whether it’s a single cracked tile or a full room makeover, we’re happy to help.

Can I get an estimate before work begins?

Absolutely. We’re glad to come out, look at your project and provide an estimate so you know what to expect before we start. Contact us to set up a time.

Do you offer scheduled or recurring maintenance?

Yes. We provide scheduled maintenance and checkups for commercial buildings and homes on a weekly, monthly or custom schedule, including inspections of vacant properties. If we find an issue, we can often fix it on the spot or schedule a return visit.
