A service few people realize we provide is scheduled maintenance on commercial buildings and homes. We work with customers to create a schedule to inspect buildings weekly, monthly or even on a custom schedule that fits their needs. Performing checkups and assessing everything from vandalization, to heat efficiency and burst pipes, to general wear and tear. If we do find an issue we can fix it right there on the spot or report it back to the customer and schedule a time to repair it.
Your tech showed up early after calling first and did a wonderful job, very conscientious and polite. Reviewed everything with us, cleaned up the area and left. We will be contacting you on our next project.
