A service few people realize we provide is scheduled maintenance on commercial buildings and homes. We work with customers to create a schedule to inspect buildings weekly, monthly or even on a custom schedule that fits their needs. Performing checkups and assessing everything from vandalization, to heat efficiency and burst pipes, to general wear and tear. If we do find an issue we can fix it right there on the spot or report it back to the customer and schedule a time to repair it.
Tim did a great job! He was considerate, helpful and communicated what he was doing very well. We would like to hire him again for some handyman work at my mother in law's.
