A national maintenance company contracted us to renovate a whole department within a store and remove everything on the walls and anything left standing. We were given a budget to repair the walls, apply one coat of paint to cover the old walls and fix any small issues. Staying within budget we repaired any damaged drywall, trim pieces and fixed all the electrical and plumbing issues. It wasn’t in the original plan but, the baseboard was also in bad condition and after discussing the issue we replaced it as well.
