I was thoroughly impressed with your technician, and here’s why: He was punctual, for one, and to me that is very important, as I don’t like to have my time wasted as a patron, or as an employee. He was very professional about the situation, and when I asked about the experiences that led him to his current field, he went over his qualifications with me, and I was able to ascertain he was able to do the job. He thoroughly explained what he needed to do to complete the task at hand, and it was enough that a layperson such as myself was able to comprehend his processes and keep along with what he was doing. He was not harried or deterred by what the work entailed and handled himself very courteously while he was completing it. I have nothing but a high opinion of him, or the caliber of his character. My interactions with him we’re very pleasant and direct. And based on his workmanship, I already have your company as priority candidate listed for future projects I will have to conduct around my house. He knew what he was doing, was efficient in his task, was personable, and well spoken. Thanks again, the stove looks great, and is such a vast improvement over my old situation. As I stated before, I will keep your company in mind when it comes to future jobs. I know the area I live is in kind of back-of-the-woodsy, but that doesn’t mean I should be able to receive great service and now I know I where to find it.
